For the Sale and Purchase of Pond Equipment and Plants

All custom cut items, i.e. Liner, hose, etc. are final sale items.

Warranty Claims

Any hard goods sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries that are covered by manufacturer’s warranty are covered as laid out in the product manuals for each product (warranty’s vary by company and product type). All hard goods sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries that are covered by warranty will be serviced by Rockwood Forest Nurseries unless stated otherwise. Service on warranties may include part(s) replacement or replacement of the unit if it is deemed in need of replacement under warranty by the staff at Rockwood Forest Nurseries.

Aquatic Plants

All aquatic plants sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries are, to the best of our knowledge, in good health at the time of sale.

All aquatic plants sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries are covered by warranty for a period of 3 months with the exception of plants damaged by cold weather or improper care.

Fish

All fish sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries are, to the best of our knowledge, in good health at the time of sale.

Fish sold by Rockwood Forest Nurseries are covered by warranty for a period of 48 hours with the exception of fish damaged or dead as a result of improper care or transportation. The dead fish must be returned to Rockwood Forest Nurseries to receive a replacement. Notification of a sick or dead fish covered by warranty must be made within the 48 hour warranty period for a warranty claim to be valid.

For any claim under warranty, the bill of purchase must accompany the item. No bill, no warranty.
